Media business models tend to be based on tactics that make it profitable to farm people. Nice guys who respect the freedom and dignity of others do not tend to be promoted under such models. Media (FB, YT, Disney, et al) make money by maximizing the shaping of minds to buy their products and messages. They tend not to make money by empowering free thinkers among the masses or by promoting managers to resist the mind shaping meme.
Mass media profits by reducing individuals to the mass mind, which is farmed by its managers. Society cannot escape the mass mind effect without breaking up the mass media monopolies. Unfortunately, the trend towards media monopolization, like the trend towards uniparty monopolization, has become nearly irresistible. Barely a half dozen oligarchs control most of the media.
So who is the goat the Mass Mind Managers blame in order to attract their mind slaves? Well, that would be everyone who resists in the name of individual freedom and dignity. Those resisters are usually called "whities." (Whitey, in this sense, is not about skin color.) Variations in the name calling include Uncle Toms, bigots, phobes, racists, fascists, etc. Their nemesis consists in the Founders and the Founding Documents. Which is why they hate America.
In short, all who identify as "non-whities" (non-Americans) WANT to farm people or to be farmed by people-farmers. Why do they fear individual freedom and responsibility? Because they have been PC-conditioned to believe it amounts to unfairly "acting white" and to believe they are not up to that. IOW, they are part of a global tide for sub-humanizing mankind.
This is less an overt conspiracy than simply an utter failure of insight and nerve. It is easier to swim with the mindless tide. About the only people who can resist are those who are retired and on safe pensions. Everyone else is subject to being suspended, fined, demoted, fired, or goated. Most of the PC-conditioned herd are being farmed, but they don't care or fall for cheap promises. NO ONE can be elected by this herd without indulging in cheap or insincere promises.
