Ordered Liberty

.
Many rights, such as those set forth in the Bill of Rights, are so basic to sustainable human freedom and dignity that no panel of faux experts ought to be empowered to take them on caprice. That is not to say that an individual, by bad choices, ought not himself be able to forfeit his rights. Treason should cause forfeiture of life. Robbery should cause forfeiture of liberty and the right to carry arms. Felonious activity should cause forfeture of voting rights. Drunk driving should cause forfeiture of driving privileges. Failure to pay taxes should cause forfeiture of the right to vote on bills affecting taxes. Becoming a nuisance in public by repeated appearances of being drunk while driving or walking about on public travelways should cause limited forfeiture of one's right to be in and about such public uses. In each such case, the forfeiture would be brought about by an individual's own bad choices, not by a faux expert panel. Sustainable liberty is ordered liberty, not libertine license.

A society that means to preserve human liberty has to make society-wide choices. It is one thing to sanction free speech about hypotheticals. It is another thing to actively incite, organize, and direct the sort of treason to human liberty that means to reduce most people to politically powerless beasts of burden for corporate and religious elitists. It comes close to the line of treason to liberty to advocate for a religion that seeks to punish apostasy by death and to closet and mutilate half its population.

Many rights, such as those set forth in the Bill of Rights, are so basic to sustainable human freedom and dignity that no panel of faux experts ought to be empowered to take them away on caprice. However, that is not to say that an individual, by sufficiently bad choices, ought never himself be able to forfeit his rights within a republic of ordered liberty. Treason should cause forfeiture of life. Robbery should cause forfeiture of liberty and the right to carry arms. Forced mutilation under fatwa of religious zealotry in order to subjugate freedom of speech and thought to the rote commands of despots should forfeit the right to call such an agenda a "free exercise of religion." Felonious activity should cause forfeture of voting rights. Drunk driving should cause forfeiture of driving privileges. Failure to pay taxes should cause forfeiture of the right to vote on bills affecting taxes. Becoming a nuisance in public by repeated appearances of being addicted and intoxicated while driving or walking about on public travelways and living under overpasses should cause limited forfeiture of one's right to be in and about such public uses. In each such case, the forfeiture would be brought about by the individual's own bad choices, not by a faux expert panel. Sustainable liberty is ordered liberty, not libertine license, nor license to destroy ordered liberty.

For human beings, there is no social liberty except under order of law that is respected by liberty-loving people. Presently, our law is being corrupted by people who want to reduce most others to dhimmis and beasts of burden. Who are these people? They are the overgrown, useful idiots who need to delegate to others the responsibility to look after themselves in every particular. They are the amoral, disloyal cronies who lust for worldwide power over others. They are idiotic, knowitall Muslims who want to enforce strict compliance with the sharia program of a seventh century pedophile. People who are hiding and winking while actively undermining ordered liberty need to be identified. Their programs need to be neutralized. Meanwhile, dinos, faux republicans, and Bloombergs of the world are doing their best to neutralize liberty lovers. How? By selectively defining hate speech codes, by using media and academia to overpower minds of children from kindergarten up, and by doing all they can to sweep speech about traditional values from the public square. Hypocrisy in not in being intolerant of those who actively seek to undermine ordered liberty. Hypocrisy is in arguing for the First Amendment, even while serving regimes that mean to replace societies of free thinkers with societies of thought-controlled beasts and pedophiles.

The moral equivalence argument leads to the triumph of evil. Almost by definition, a battle that restricts one side to moral equivocation cannot prevail over the side that does not believe in morality. Islam does not believe in morality, per se. It believes in predestination under a despotic god, who finds entertainment in burning people allah has pre-damned ... forever. If morality abides, then the side that believes in it must find fortitude to defeat the side that does not. Be receptive to that to which innate empathy and intuition suggests a caring, inviting God would seek to guide us. Then act to pursue it. For those who believe in a caring, inviting God to morally equivocate with those who believe in a cruel, despotic god is to preemptively surrender the mind game. There is no tolerance to be gained by tolerating those who ardently mean to offer you no toleration at all. Were Muslims to be taught tolerance, liberty would prevail. Were Christians to be forcibly reduced to tolerating intolerant Islam, despotism would prevail. Moral equivocating between Christianity and Islam is dithering with the devil. That just makes us older and the devil stronger.

Foundations "give back" by taking second helpings, by turning the electorate into masses of useful idiots. Playing politics under the rules of the corrupt Republican establishment is like playing no limit poker against a gambling house. It's best to walk away and make your way elsewhere. Instead of taxing income, tax consumption. Thus, end charitable deductions to false front charities. Imagine if, instead of allowing such deductions, the monies donated to these foundations were taxed as forms of consumption. Use the revenue to pay down debt, build infrastructure, enforce the border, and prosecute treason.

Foundations hide behind charitable deductions, so they need Churches to justify such deductions. It's time to end all charitable deductions by ending the income tax. Tax consumption instead, and make charitable contributions into forms of taxable consumption. Then, when people contribute, it will be because they believe in it, not because they are seeking a tax dodge. On balance, that would help the good churches, not hurt them. Obama-Dims and Estab-Rinos will never go for this. They are united in reducing America to a nwo fiefdom.

Washington, the father of our country, warned us against foreign entanglements. Those who drafted our Constitution did not consider the danger of entanglements with foreign, international, borderless, amoral, aloyal corportions and the cronies who run them. Facilitating domestic corporate industry is one thing. Leaving the door wide open for faithless cronies (Soros, Buffett, Murdoch, China, Saudi Sheiks, Carlos Slim) to steal America blind while flooding us with illegal illiterate jihadi reconquista immigrants is another. Adding insult to injury is to use the proceeds of theft to buy our politicians while leaving us, in "fair trade," with a "service" industry economy. Our founders teased Americans with a view of the promised land. However, like Moses, we will not get to cross into it. Sheep owned by cronies do not get to the promised land. That will be left to the progeny of horned black sheep, i.e., the Joshua Sheep.
